Member
Kristin joined the Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC team in 2004. She primarily serves government organizations, but also works closely with individuals and businesses on the preparation of tax returns. In her role as a member/owner, she oversees and assists with audits, budgets, and the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
A specialist in government audits, Kristin is the designated leader in charge of the firm’s governmental quality control standards and holds a membership with the Government Audit Quality Center (GAQC). She also leads the firm’s accounting and assurance practice as the Quality Assurance Director, and is the chair of the firm’s governmental niche practice group.
Raised in Ness City, Kansas, Kristin currently resides in Garden City with her husband, Caleb, and their four children. In addition to her service to professional organizations, Kristin uses her accounting expertise as a volunteer treasurer at her children’s school.

Lisa began her accounting career at Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC in 2008 and currently serves as a member/owner. She primarily works with the firm’s governmental and tax clients, and assists with audits, tax returns, financial statement preparation and staff training. Lisa also serves on the accounting and audit committee, where she is responsible for maintaining quality control for the firm’s attestation services. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she assists clients and staff with the utilization of QuickBooks.
In her free time, Lisa pursues a variety of hobbies, including traveling, arts and crafts, and running 5k races.

Principals, Managers, and Associates
As a senior manager in the audit and tax department at Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC, Keysha assists with commercial audits, tax preparation for individuals and businesses, tax planning, multi-state tax preparation, and payroll tax preparation. Additionally, she is instrumental in the performance of compilations and reviews, including financial statement preparation, and assists with correspondence from federal and state taxing authorities. Though Keysha serves many different types of businesses, she primarily works with the firm’s agricultural clients.
Keysha joined LHD in 2009 after graduating from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. In her free time, she plays the French horn for local music groups and enjoys golfing. She also loves spending time with her husband, Nick, and daughters, Kate, Morgan and Emma. What’s more, Keysha doesn’t just work with other people’s businesses—she’s a business owner herself! She recently became an independent rep selling athleisure wear.

As an associate manager with Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC, Tiffany performs diverse accounting, auditing, and tax assignments. She is responsible for preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses, compiling, reviewing, and auditing financial statements, and preparing index working papers. Additionally, she performs various GAAP procedures to verify the accuracy and validity of a client’s financial matters. Tiffany also drafts reports, performs audit procedures for commercial and governmental clients, and prepares county and city budgets.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, playing volleyball and softball, cheering for the Denver Broncos, and spending time her with husband, Chris.

After completing several internships with the firm throughout 2019 and 2020, Madison joined the Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC team full-time as an associate in 2021. Madison performs tax return preparation, compilations services, and audit procedures for clients in the governmental and agricultural sectors. Of the the 72,000 candidates who sat for the CPA exam in 2021, Madison scored in the top 57, earning the prestigious Elijah Watt Sells Award. She currently serves as a mentor in the firm’s internship program.
Madison was born and raised in Garden City and moved back to her hometown after graduating college to join the Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and their dog Bellamy, participating in bowling leagues, reading, and writing. She hopes to be a published author one day.
